Current AIQI Work Programs

This workstream serves as a forum for AIQI partners to exchange insights on emerging AI legislation and industry-driven assurance initiatives. It actively engages with international policymakers to ensure the quality infrastructure (QI) ecosystem is involved in AI regulatory discussions and gathers intelligence on voluntary supply chain-driven AI assurance.

This workstream focuses on developing a product-centered AI Assurance Framework with concrete requirements and workflows to ensure AI systems are safe, reliable, and robust throughout their lifecycle, while also considering standardization and legislation from various regions. 

The implementation of recommendations and guidelines for manufacturers and industry will help businesses to comply with current and upcoming AI assurance regulations and requirements. By mapping and evaluating existing AI assurance standards to identify gaps this work will also  contribute to the development of future standards and technical guidance.

This workstream develops training programmes to help practitioners adopt AI assurance standards and technical guidance.
